Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were lovely with beds to die for, offering the perfect night's sleep. The staff was wonderful, from reception to the gardeners, making the experience truly exceptional. The breakfast selection was vast, catering to everyone's tastes, and the pools were a real highlight with plenty of sunbeds available without the need for reservation, which I appreciated as it avoids the early towel-reserving race.
The hotel offers spacious and new rooms with a well-appointed huge bathroom, providing a welcoming touch with a flower message on the bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Despite ongoing renovations and occasional haphazard breakfast arrangements, the location offers convenience with easy access to various dining and shopping options.
I was thrilled with the location of this resort, being right next to Chaweng Beach and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were clean and in top-notch condition, making our stay very enjoyable. The service was exceptional, especially the stunning beachside dinner arranged for us. The only drawback was the somewhat limited vegetarian options in the dining selection. The resort's two lush pools and tropical surroundings were a real treat, but the Wi-Fi had an additional cost, which was a slight downside.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, but had to move rooms during my visit. The rooms were spacious with tea/coffee facilities and a good fridge/minibar; the bathrooms were fantastic. The service was top-notch, especially Kevin who went above and beyond. The location was lovely, with plenty of restaurants nearby, but the beach wasn't ideal for swimming. The dining experience was splendid, particularly at the Red Snapper Restaurant. Overall, a good value for money choice with minor room inconvenience.
Moving rooms during our stay gave us great access to a beautiful smelling, clean room. The staff were accommodating, enforcing fair policies and offering helpful services like room upgrades and late check-ins. The location is outstanding, with everything at our doorstep and Chaweng beach just steps away. The dining had a wide variety of options, making the stay enjoyable.
I had an amazing time at this hotel, located right by the sea and offering stunning views. The grand premier room I booked was absolutely beautiful, worth every penny spent. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff members like Dao and Jate going above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
The hotel offers lovely beds and wonderful staff, with a vast breakfast selection for everyone to enjoy. The pools are great, and the no-reservation policy for sunbeds is a plus. However, the room presented on arrival was not as expected, and the lack of mosquito nets can be an issue.
The hotel offers a great setup and very clean rooms that have been refurbished since our last stay in 2017. The service was amazing, from the front desk to the beach bar staff, attending all our needs courteously. The location is fantastic in the vibrant Chaweng area. The dining experience was fantastic with a good selection of continental and Asian food, though sometimes crowded with large families. The facilities are well-maintained, making the stay enjoyable and comfortable.
The hotel offers a lovely and spacious room with a garden view, although we didn't make much use of the balcony due to the friendly mosquitoes. The room had been redone and was far superior to the previous one, away from the pool. The Thai style was still preserved in its modern and clean design.
My stay at the Melayati private 5-star resort was lovely. The rooms, although small, were nicely decorated, and the bathroom even had a nice whirlpool. The prompt cleaning and organization of the rooms were impressive, making for a comfortable stay.
